The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

- Sharing private messages or content without permission
- Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome

What Happens Next
- Acknowledgment - You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours
- Investigation - Leadership reviews with involved parties
- Resolution - Appropriate action taken within 7 days
- Follow-up - Reporter informed of outcome
Possible Actions depending on the situation:
- Warning (first-time minor issues)
- Temporary suspension from project or channels
- Removal from specific project
- Permanent ban from organization
